This property DOES NOT allow groups under 25 years of age, events, parties, photo shoots/production shoots or large gatherings of any kind. This property is located in a quiet residential area and the noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM must be followed. Reservation will be canceled and guests will be asked to find other accommodations if there are noise complaints by the neighbors and/or the Fort Lauderdale Police Department gets dispatch to the property.
Valid ID is required upon arrival and reservation will be canceled if the rules are not followed. Luxury Vacation Stays is the exclusive operator of this property.
PARKING: Parking is ONLY permitted inside driveway. The driveway can accommodate Parking for 2 vehicles max. There is NO STREET PARKING, NO parking over sidewalk & NO PARKING ON TURF/LANDSCAPING.
